Please note there is currently an estimated 5–7 week wait for new custom-build orders to begin while we complete builds already booked in. This time frame may vary depending on the number of orders we receive.

For U.S. Customers

A new U.S. import regulation (effective August 29, 2025) requires duties to be paid before parcels under $800 USD can be delivered. After you place an order, we will kindly email you with the applicable duty amount and simple payment instructions. Once duties are settled, we will proceed with shipping.

Please note that orders shipped outside Australia may incur customs import fees, duties, or taxes when your parcel arrives, depending on local regulations and the value of your purchase. These charges are payable by the recipient.
